Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT HOLIDAY NOTE:
As of 2pm ET Dec. 19th Our warehouse and Fulfillment services are on Holiday Break until January 2nd. WE WILL NOT BE PROCESSING ORDERS UNTIL THEN as we will be spending time with our families. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

The following company holidays are NOT counted as business days
- Thanksgiving Day - 11/26/25
- Black Friday - 11/27/25
- Christmas Eve - 12/24/25
- Christmas Day - 12/25/25
- Company Holiday Break - 12/20/25 through 1/2/26

No-Rush Shipping
- No rush shipping is a way for us to offer a small discount on our shipping costs to help us manage shipping demand by offering slower fulfillment for customers who don't need their order quickly.
- Customers who select no rush shipping will receive their order within 6-14 business days, BUT your order may not actually ship until a week or so later depending on our current shipping queues.
- Even though your order may not ship quickly, you will still receive your order within 14 business days
- Business days are counted as Monday - Friday. If you order on a Saturday the first business day is Monday, 3 calendar days after your order is placed.

If you need your order faster than 14 business days, please select a faster shipping service based on your need.

Standard Shipping
- All standard orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Options will be given at checkout based on the weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days (Monday - Saturday) to arrive.
- Delivery details along with tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- All orders (excluding No-Rush) ship within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday - we don’t ship on weekends).
- Standard shipping orders placed by 12 PM EST will be shipped same day in most cases.
- Express Shipping
- All express orders will be shipped via UPS 2 Day Air.
- Express shipping typically takes 2 business days (Monday - Saturday) to arrive. If the order is placed by 2pm EST Thursday it will be delivered on Saturday, but all orders placed after 2pm EST Thursday will not arrive until the following Monday.
- Delivery details along with tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- All orders (excluding No-Rush) ship within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
- Express orders placed by 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day (Monday - Friday).
- International Shipping
- We ship to a variety of countries. If you have ever received packages from the US before than you are more than likely eligible for international shipping.
- The Customer will be responsible for duties and import taxes. Taxes and duties are not included in our shipping cost.
- Shipping promos cannot be applied to international orders.
- Shipping times will vary from country to country.
- ALL SALES FINAL for International orders NO RETURNS.

UPS Ground estimated delivery time
When you select a UPS shipping option at checkout, we process your order the same day if it’s placed before 2 PM Eastern. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day, so please add one extra day to the transit times shown below.
