It depends on where you are and what type of shipping you choose (USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or UPS 2ND Day Air?). USPS First Class, USPS Priority and UPS Ground typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive. UPS 2ND Day Air, however, can range from 1-2 business days to arrive. Delivery details along with tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that in most cases we only ship UPS due to a better quality of service and delivery. We ship USPS only when required (PO, APO, HI, AK and international).
We financially support one or more projects that are actively working to protect forests from illegal deforestation. By helping protect these forests we are preserving trees that play a vital role in photosynthesis. An algorithm combines data from us with industry data and peer-reviewed models to determine how much CO2 your shipment releases into the environment, and then works with Pachama to determine the cost of offsetting those emissions.
Because our goal is to make sure that your CO2 shipping emissions are offset entirely, all values that are used in the data models are rounded up.
For each order we use the weight of the shipment, distance traveled according to the tracking data, and the type of transportation (Truck or plane carbon emissions, determined by speed and distance).

Some of our products are 100% USA made, some are not. Each product we offer details whether it's imported or 100% made in the USA within the product description of each product page. Please reference that information if you are curious about a specific product.
Our main priority is to offer high quality products at a reasonable price. We strive to produce 100% American made products when possible, but the fact of the matter is, producing American made products is always more expensive and typically of lesser quality than products that are sourced overseas. That said, most of the products that we outsource arrive as blank products and are subsequently printed/embroidered/finished right here in the USA. It's a tough balance, but we do our best to provide jobs in the USA while maintaining our quality standards.
Rest assured, the blank products sourced overseas are sourced from trusted manufacturers. That means that our products are produced by suppliers who value and protect the rights of their workers as well as to improve the conditions in which they work. Read more about our social responsibility.

A simple and effective way to wash our hats is to mix some dish soap and some water, and use a soft brush to scrub the stains.
All of our hats are adjustable. The largest recommended size for our hats is 7 ¾ and that is the last two snaps snapped.
Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to give out ETA’s. However, we do have a back in stock notification. This is found on the product page just below where it says sold out. When you are added to the list you will be notified when we have the items back in stock.
